We are now hiring janitorial cleaners to work a second shift, full-time position in the area of St. Paul, MN. Apply today and start tomorrow and receive a $200 sign on bonus after working 90 days.
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Custodians at PK Property Services provide customers a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to:
- General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility’s needs
- Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- General waste disposal
- Cleaning and restock restrooms with paper products and hand soap
- Window washing
- Dust high and low areas
- Completion of daily reports for work completed.
Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
- Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
- Ability to operate minor equipment
- Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
- Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
