PK Property services is looking to hire a highly driven, competitive self-starter individual to join our outside Sales team.
The outside sales rep should possess the following capabilities and experience
- Cold calling
- Team Player
- Strong negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience in account management
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to build a referral base on existing customers
- Easily build relationships
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs
- Ability to have a high close ratio on company provided leads
- 1 year + sales experience in commercial/industrial outside sales
- Capability to follow through on the entire sales cycle from cold call to close
Responsibilities
- A successful Salesperson proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Create sales material to present to customer
- Continually proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients
- Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
