Outside Sales Representative

PK Property services is looking to hire a highly driven, competitive self-starter individual to join our outside Sales team.

The outside sales rep should possess the following capabilities and experience

  • Cold calling
  • Team Player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to build a referral base on existing customers
  • Easily build relationships
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs
  • Ability to have a high close ratio on company provided leads
  • 1 year + sales experience in commercial/industrial outside sales
  • Capability to follow through on the entire sales cycle from cold call to close

Responsibilities

  • A successful Salesperson proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Create sales material to present to customer
  • Continually proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients
  • Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
