Paul Beckfeld is the owner and founder of PK Property Services. Since 1996, Paul has grown PK by providing excellent products services to the market creating long lasting partnerships and relationships along the way.
Andrew’s been in the commercial building services and maintenance industry for 10 years. Specializes in growing partnerships and building maintenance contracts. Spent 3 years in commercial HVAC, 2 years in the Bakken oilfield selling and delivering maintenance products and most current, 5 years in commercial cleaning/property maintenance and as the current CMO for PK Property Services building and growing sales and partnerships.
My name is Cesar Reynoso. I have been in the cleaning business since 2011. /I have covered al areas of the industry, from regular cleaning, special services, supervisor and now running the show as Operations Manager. I have been with PK Property Services since November of 2019 and I am very happy to be here. I am a father of two and I love to run and speaking of which between my job and being involved in all of my kids’ extra curriculum activities of life.
For the past 11 years I been using excellent organizational and communication skills to enhance daily operations in janitorial and construction businesses in the Minnesota area.

I’ve been with PK Property Services since February of 2021 working as a Sales Representative. The values that drive me are striving to be better every day, being open and honest with my customers, loyalty to and from my employer, along with courage and confidence to find new prospects on a daily basis.
I spend most of my free time with my wife and 6 kids. I am an avid outdoorsman. We spend our summers on the water and the fall in the woods.
