Paul Beckfeld

Paul Beckfeld is the owner and founder of PK Property Services. Since 1996, Paul has grown PK by providing excellent products services to the market creating long lasting partnerships and relationships along the way.

Andrew Beckfeld

Andrew’s been in the commercial building services and maintenance industry for 10 years. Specializes in growing partnerships and building maintenance contracts. Spent 3 years in commercial HVAC, 2 years in the Bakken oilfield selling and delivering maintenance products and most current, 5 years in commercial cleaning/property maintenance and as the current CMO for PK Property Services building and growing sales and partnerships.

Dulce Ruiz

Area Manager

For the past 11 years I been using excellent organizational and communication skills to enhance daily operations in janitorial and construction businesses in the Minnesota area.

Always keeping the customer first, I’m always looking for creative solutions to provide the best outcomes for our customers.

Jason King

Sales Manager

After graduating from Minnesota State University Moorhead, I continued working in the construction industry until deciding to move to the Twin Cities. Shortly thereafter, I starting working for Buckeye International, Inc and have worked alongside PK Property Services since 2005 as the vendor representative. My background at Buckeye started as an entry level sales rep and in 2006 I was promoted to manufacturing rep, working with other Buckeye distributors throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Canada to help teach and train their sales force on the Buckeye product lines. In 2007, I became the General Manager & eventually President of the Minneapolis location, successfully operating all aspects of the Buckeye Cleaning Center. My responsibilities here included sales, training, operations, customer service, recruiting, equipment repair and much more.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. While our Twins and oldest keep my wife & I plenty busy, I find time to coach youth basketball & baseball. I also enjoy Fishing and playing softball, basketball and hockey.

My extensive background in the cleaning industry can help bring solid solutions, creative ideas, dedicated customer service along with open communication to our customers. Thank You!
